Days of Norway was founded by Kyrre Wangen after over 20 years of hands-on experience in retail and hospitality. Inspired by the landscapes and legacies of places like Flåm and Aurland, he saw the need for a consultancy that could help businesses share Norway’s most authentic experiences with the world.
We work with both new ventures and established operations—offering strategic insight, operational expertise and storytelling that resonates on a global scale and across cultures.

Days of Norway began with a mission: to help local businesses thrive by spotlighting authentic Norwegian experiences. Too often, places rich in culture and beauty remain undiscovered. We aim to change that.
Our journey began with our founder, Kyrre, whose work with Mall of Norway marked the first step. What started as a modest retail shop in Flåm evolved into an internationally recognized destination, thanks to a strategic focus on community engagement, sustainable growth and cultural storytelling.
Following this success, the company behind Mall of Norway expanded into hospitality. Kyrre played a key role in the development of Fjordresort in Aurland, shaping a guest experience that respects local traditions while appealing to a global audience.
